Delete Your Peritio Account
Peritio users can permanently delete their Peritio account and associated personal information.
Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is in the Peritio app:
Profile → Delete Account
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the Peritio app, email [email protected] with the subject Peritio Account Deletion Request.
Please include:
- The email address associated with your Peritio account
- Your organization name, if known
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
After we verify your identity, deletion requests submitted by email are normally completed within 30 days.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, Peritio removes your account and personal identity information, including applicable authentication and access records, account-specific assignments, and support or transcript information associated with your account.
What may be retained
Certain organization-level usage and training records may be retained according to your organization's governing agreements. When retained, those records are de-identified and are no longer linked to your account identity.
